Better sleep starts here. 🌙
Gentle, personalised sleep support for little ones — and reassurance for the parents who are tired too.
Because you don’t have to navigate sleepless nights alone.
1-to-1 Sleep support for babies and toddlers from 5 months - 4years.
You don’t have to wait for it to get better. 🌙
Maybe bedtime has become a battle, your little one is waking throughout the night, or you’re simply feeling exhausted and unsure what to try next.
Whatever your sleep struggle looks like, you deserve to be heard.
You don’t have to wait until you’re at breaking point, and you don’t need to have a “big enough” problem to ask for help.
-
Bedtime feels like it takes forever. Your little one doesn’t want to go to bed, cries, keeps finding reasons to get back up, or simply refuses to settle in their cot or bed. What should be a calm end to the day can turn into hours of tears, frustration and exhaustion — leaving everyone wondering, “Why is bedtime so hard?”
-
Your little one is waking multiple times a night — more often than you’d like — and you’re left wondering why. Are they hungry? Uncomfortable? In pain? They’ve just fed, so why are they awake again? And why is it taking so long to get them back to sleep?
Those broken nights can leave you feeling exhausted, frustrated and constantly wondering what’s going on.
-
Is your little one waking at 4 or 5am, wide awake and ready to start the day — while you’re certainly not?
You try everything to get them back to sleep, but they’re full of beans and seem determined that morning has arrived. Eventually, you have no choice but to get up with them, leaving you wondering how you’re going to make it through the day on so little sleep.
-
You never quite know when the next nap will happen or how long it will last, making it difficult to plan the rest of your day.
Maybe your little one is only sleeping for 20 minutes when you’ve read they should be napping for an hour or more. You’re left wondering, “Why are their naps so short? What am I doing wrong? And how am I supposed to plan the rest of our day?”
-
Your little one goes down for the night, you breathe a sigh of relief… only for them to wake again 30–60 minutes later.
You settle them back down, thinking bedtime is finally done — but then they wake again. “Why won’t they stay asleep?” What should be the start of a restful night turns into another round of settling and frustration.
-
Do you reach the end of the day feeling like “Where has the day gone? What even happened today?” Maybe you’re already dreading bedtime and that sinking feeling of having to do it all again tomorrow.
Without a routine or plan that works for your family, every day can feel unpredictable and exhausting. You don’t have to keep muddling through — sometimes, having the right support and a little direction can make all the difference.
About Lands of Dreams
Hi, I’m Nicola, the face behind Lands of Dreams.
Lands of Dreams is more than just a sleep consultancy — it’s a safe space to feel heard, understood and supported.
I know first-hand how exhausting and lonely sleepless nights can feel, and how lost you can become when you’re simply trying to get through the day. My now two-year-old daughter taught me that.
We reached a point where we were struggling so much with her sleep that we decided to work with a sleep consultant ourselves. It genuinely changed our lives. Having someone listen, understand what we were going through and give us the right support and guidance made such a huge difference. We finally started to feel like ourselves again and, most importantly, we could enjoy family life again.
That experience is a huge part of why I created Lands of Dreams. I want to give other parents that same feeling of being heard, supported and never judged.
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I take the time to truly understand you, your family and your little one’s individual needs, creating a plan that works for your real, everyday life — because no two families, babies or children are the same.
You’re not alone. You don’t have to figure it all out by yourself. 💛
What To Expect & How It Works
Step 1.
Book your free discovery call ☎️
We’ll chat about what you’re struggling with, what you’d like support with and your goals for your little one’s sleep.
It’s also a chance for us to get to know each other and make sure I’m the right consultant for you and your family.
No pressure, no obligation — just a friendly chat to see how I can help.
Step 2.
Sleep Diary 📖
To create a plan that’s truly made for you and your little one, I’ll ask you to keep a sleep log for a few days.
This will include things like sleep, naps, feeds and awake times, helping me build a clear picture of what’s really happening and where we can make positive changes.
No guesswork — just a plan based on your little one’s individual needs.
Step 3.
Consultation & Personalised Plan 📲
During your consultation, we’ll go through your personalised sleep plan together, created around your family, your routine and your little one’s individual needs.
I’ll talk you through everything, explain the reasoning behind the recommendations and give you plenty of opportunity to ask questions and talk things through.
You’ll also receive a copy of your plan to keep, so you have everything you need to feel confident and supported moving forward.
Step 4.
Ongoing Support 🤍
For 3 weeks, you’ll have my ongoing support every step of the way.
You’ll be able to message me throughout your support period, alongside one weekly catch-up call to see how you and your little one are getting on, answer any questions and make adjustments if needed.
You’ll continue logging your little one’s sleep and routines so I can review their progress and make changes if things aren’t quite going to plan.
And, of course, we’ll celebrate the successes together — big or small!
You’re never expected to figure it all out alone. I’m here to support, reassure and guide you throughout your journey.
